1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are an agreement between you and Ideas All Day Ltd., the operator of FeaturePortal. They govern your use of FeaturePortal. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use FeaturePortal for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Description of Service
FeaturePortal provides hosted tools for collecting, managing, and prioritizing feature requests from mobile and web applications. It includes an administrative dashboard, integration endpoints, an iOS SDK, a web widget, and optional public roadmaps. Features and limits vary by plan and are described on the pricing page.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added based on your billing information and the operator's tax obligations. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel from the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access to paid features continues until then. Plan upgrades or changes may be prorated and will be shown before confirmation.
5. Refunds & Consumer Rights
Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable and unused time is not credited. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights that these Terms do not limit. Contact hello@ideasallday.com to exercise an applicable statutory right or report a billing problem.
6. Your Content & End Users
You retain ownership of project names, feature requests, comments, tags, and other content submitted through your account or integrations. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any notices required when you submit or collect personal data from your app users.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use FeaturePortal to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, send abusive or deceptive content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass security or usage limits, or collect sensitive personal data that the service is not designed to handle. API keys must be protected and used only with the associated project.
8. Intellectual Property
FeaturePortal, excluding your content, and its software, design, and branding remain the property of Ideas All Day Ltd. and its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service during your account term; they do not transfer ownership of the service.
9. Availability & Changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features to maintain, secure, or improve the service. Material changes that substantially reduce a paid plan's core functionality will be communicated when reasonably possible.
10. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a serious Terms violation, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
11. Disclaimers & Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Changes & Contact
